Ø  Ken Bishop:

 

Sr. Vice President, Environmental Services; Chenega Environmental, Healthcare, & Facilities Strategic Business Unit  - Mr. Bishop is the overall point of accountability for the CGS Team and is responsible for coordinating all necessary resources in order to ensure successful performance and compliant contract management.

Mr. Bishop has been active in the Federal government since 1982, with 10 years of active duty USAF experience. Mr. Bishop has over 20 years’ experience in managing federal contracts with numerous clients such as: EPA, USAF, Corps of Engineers, US Army, and US Marine Corps. Mr. Bishop is exceptionally qualified to oversee and manage clients and contracts in a proactive, positive manner. He is very skilled in understanding client expectations and understands the importance of the professional execution of contract task orders. Having started as a junior level project manager, Mr. Bishop quickly understood the importance of exceeding client expectations, and he brings that leadership to his organization today.

Mr. Bishop will be responsible for ensuring that phase-in team and contract personnel have all the resources and support necessary for contract execution, addressing any concerns or corrections, ensuring that all contract requirements are met, and ensuring that all contracts are in place and compliant prior to the commencement of work. As a member of both the Transition Team and the ongoing contract, Mr. Bishop will be responsible for: implementing the Quality Control Plan, assuring all personnel are trained and certified to execute their jobs, conducting initial quality control and safety, assisting in preparing submittals for Government approval, ensuring that all quality standards are met or exceeded, and resolving any deficiencies as well as making recommendations and corrections.

      Ø  Bill Dillon:

 

General Manager, Chenega Global Services, LLC - Mr. Dillon is the General Manager for CGS. Mr. Dillon has been a longtime key employee at CGS. Prior to becoming the GM, Mr. Dillon provided Program Management and responsible for direction and oversight of environmental contract operations. He is a subject matter expert in hazardous material and hazardous waste management. He was invited by the Institute of Hazardous Material Management (IHMM) to participate as an item writer for their Certified Hazardous Materials Practitioner (CHMP) credential.

 

Mr. Dillon’s Federal government service began in 1983, as an active duty USAF, where he served for 20 years. He established the first HAZMART program in the United Air Forces in Europe (USAFE) and served as the lead USAFE command representative to the initial USAF HAZMART Roles and Missions Workshop. He has over 20 years’ experience in the development and operation of award-winning environmental programs and more than 25 years’ experience in hazardous materials management. Over the last 10 years Mr. Dillon has demonstrated outstanding leadership in managing federal contracts, supporting clients such as the United States Air Force, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the U.S. Army. Mr. Dillon will be responsible for the establishment of Quality Control Plans, development of training programs, implementation of contract operations, and insuring compliance with all contract requirements.
